Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active New Jersey SLP licensure required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, working with elementary, middle, and high school students

- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
- Effective collaboration skills with educators, families, and other specialists
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support student progress
- Collect data and document progress according to state and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to create effective strategies for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student goals
- Educate school staff on communication disorders and support strategies
