Pediatric Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Newark, NJ

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual or group settings
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and generate comprehensive progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in student support teams
- Provide guidance and resources to families and educators regarding student needs and strategies
