Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (NJ)

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ communication abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and participation
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed
- Provide consultative support and strategies for classroom teachers
