Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and student documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students based on IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and reevaluations for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop SLP-specific interventions tailored to individual student abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development as needed
