Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification and teaching certification—must be submitted with your résumé
- SLP-CCC credentials required
- Experience working in school settings; familiar with regular education, autistic support, learning support, and life skills populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Onsite presence required (no virtual option)
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads in elementary (50-55 students, includes case management) and secondary (60 students, minimal case management, reduced service delivery)
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to support student growth and achievement
- Collaborate with other educational professionals, families, and administrators
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP/504 processes as needed
- Provide support across district sites (K-12) as assigned
