Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Adams County, PA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, helping them develop essential communication skills to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom-based interventions
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
Prior school-based experience is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay at $55/hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience
