Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role offers a consistent schedule, a single-site assignment, and the opportunity to work with a specialized student population.
Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP through End of School Year (EOSY)
ESY: July 6th – August 21st
NSY: 2026–2027 school year continuation
Hours: 35 hours per week
School Sites: 1 assigned location
Caseload & Responsibilities:
Caseload of approximately 30–35 students
Ages 7–21
High-level autism population, many non-verbal students
Provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support IEP development and implementation
Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Pennsylvania SLP license
Pennsylvania Educator Certificate REQUIRED
Experience with autism and non-verbal populations strongly preferred
Interview Process:
Virtual 1:1 interview
Onsite visit REQUIRED prior to offer
Flexible scheduling for interviews
