Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or CFY candidates considered)
- School-based SLP experience or a strong interest in early intervention work
- Comfort servicing diverse caseloads and working across multiple sites
- Commitment to delivering in-person services
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Tailor interventions for early intervention-aged students in group and individual settings
- Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain progress records and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Deliver high-quality services in enriching school environments throughout the district
- Adapt to covering both short-term (maternity leave) and long-term assignments as needed
