School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | New Oxford, Pennsylvania
Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists interested in working onsite in educational settings near New Oxford, Gettysburg, and York, PA! Contract roles are open for three motivated SLPs to support students across Early Intervention and K-12 programs in vibrant school environments. Virtual options are not available at this time—these hands-on, in-person roles allow you to work directly with students and collaborate with teams in a supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Must hold active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification and a valid teaching certificate (submit both with your resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Clinical Fellows considered if agency can cover supervision fee
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads including regular education and autistic support (for K-12 roles)
- SLPAs are not accepted for these positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students or Early Intervention children ages 3-5 (role dependent)
- Manage caseloads of 50-55 students across two elementary buildings (for K-12), or provide specialized care for young children with special education needs (EI)
- Engage in case management and complete required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in IEP development and review meetings
- Dedicated paperwork time provided for Early Intervention role
