Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience supporting students in grades K-12
- Skill in planning and implementing effective 1:1 interventions
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Deliver 1:1 speech and language therapy sessions that are tailored to each student’s unique goals
- Monitor and document progress, providing updates and recommendations to educational teams and families
