What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Current state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Comfortable working with a wide range of grade levels, specifically K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Skilled at providing individualized care and adjusting strategies based on student needs
- Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with teachers, counselors, and families
- Dedicated to fostering student progress and building trusting relationships
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and assess students to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver 1:1 speech-language therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports
