Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - New Milford, New Jersey

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- NJ Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Current New Jersey Department of Education certification
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience in pediatrics, school, and healthcare settings is a plus
- Comfort working with varied student populations and collaborating with school staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Conducting assessments and providing direct/indirect speech-language therapy services
- Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to student needs
- Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with staff and families
- Maintaining detailed progress records and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Employing creative, evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes
- Serving as a resource for colleagues on communication disorders and best practices
