Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (proof required upon application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience in a school-based SLP setting, servicing K-12 students is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and communicate with caregivers and educators
  • Capacity to manage diverse caseloads and adapt support to individual student needs
  • Dedication to professional standards and ethical practices in educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy and support for K-12 students throughout the academic year
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in coordination with special education teams
  • Collect and analyze data to inform therapy, measure progress, and adapt interventions
  • Administer assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Partner with families and staff to maximize student engagement and outcomes
