Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in New Haven, IN

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA CCCs or qualifying for/working toward Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of IEP development, data collection, and progress monitoring
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans aligned with students’ IEPs
- Providing both direct therapy and consultative services in classroom and small group settings
- Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student outcomes
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation according to district and federal requirements
- Communicating progress and strategies with educators, families, and support teams
