Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP certification required
- Experience supporting students in grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12 preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Previous experience within a school-based role or with adolescent populations is an advantage
- Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech-language therapy services to high school students as part of their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in alignment with school policies and timelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Empower students to develop effective communication strategies in academic and social settings
