Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a welcoming school district in New Castle, Delaware to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. We are seeking both experienced clinicians (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are passionate about supporting students in a school-based setting.
Position Details:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Onsite only
- 2026–2027 school year
- Caseload and grade levels based on candidate preference and district need
- Collaborative and supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- Active Delaware SLP license or eligibility
- Open to CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) – supervision provided
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Compensation & Benefits:
