Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY – Dover, DE | 2026–2027 School Year

A school district in Dover, DE is seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Clinical Fellows (CFY) for multiple onsite openings. The director is actively reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews—apply today for immediate consideration.

Position Details:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Onsite only
  • 3 openings available across multiple service areas
  • Start: ASAP (ESY) continuing into the 2026–2027 school year
  • ESY schedule: ~30 hours/week

Caseload & Placement:

  • Primarily preschool and elementary
  • May include students up to age 22
  • Multiple service areas across district sites

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement IEPs
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with staff
  • Collect and monitor progress data
  • Complete documentation and therapy notes

Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • CFY candidates welcome
  • School-based experience preferred
