Qualifications:
- Must possess active SLP credentials (CCC required)
- Prior experience with school-aged children in educational environments
- Strong background working with children on the autism spectrum
- Ability to adapt to multiple school sites within close proximity
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for teaming with teachers and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each child’s unique needs, with a focus on supporting students with autism
- Coordinate closely with special education teachers, support staff, and families to foster communication development
- Perform assessments, document progress, and participate in team meetings
- Travel between two nearby school locations as scheduled
