Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations in a school setting is highly valued
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services in both group and individual formats, supporting students from diverse backgrounds
- Track progress and maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding effective communication strategies and intervention supports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as needed
