Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible State SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
- Strong commitment to individualized student success and collaboration with school teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized IEPs and therapy plans in accordance with school guidelines
- Deliver evidence-based interventions through individual and group sessions
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote inclusive and effective communication practices
- Participate in professional development and stay informed about current methodologies
