Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure and ability to complete required fingerprinting/background checks before starting
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but skilled clinical SLPs welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Serve a diverse student caseload (final details confirmed at placement)
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, families, and school teams to support student progress
- Document services and maintain compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and admin tasks, including paid indirect/administrative hours
