Key Qualifications:
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative connections
- Eligible to work with children, meeting all credentialing, background, and fingerprinting requirements
- Strong communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students in need of speech and language support
- Manage a caseload (size/details will be confirmed) and create individualized intervention plans
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and collaborate with educators
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records for compliance
- Engage in paid administrative and team meetings as part of your indirect service hours
- Work across one or two school locations with support and supervision provided by district staff
