You'll work with a PreK caseload, including non-verbal students, utilizing your expertise to foster communication and development at a critical age.
Key Qualifications:
- Holds an active Colorado SLP license
- Open to both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates
- Experience with preschool/PreK populations strongly preferred
- Background supporting non-verbal or minimally verbal students is a plus
- Able to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) on-site as required
- Must complete and return a district contractor credentialing packet before beginning
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services for PreK students within an intensive preschool classroom
- Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans targeting student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other service providers
- Track progress and prepare required documentation in accordance with district and state regulations
- Communicate with families and staff to support and generalize student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
