In this position, you’ll primarily serve preschoolers receiving early intervention; flexibility is essential, as caseloads may occasionally shift to include school-age students through grade 12. Your expertise as a CCC-SLP will be instrumental in delivering individualized therapy and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and educator credential (Instructional I or II)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong background working with preschool and school-age children in an itinerant capacity
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and support diverse communication needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Committed to in-person service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to early intervention and school-age students as assigned
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other service providers to support student goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all program requirements
