Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary school caseload in Nashville, NC. The SLP will provide speech and language services to approximately 60 students, helping them improve communication skills and achieve their educational goals.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct speech therapy services to students
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active North Carolina SLP license
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
