Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and other areas of need
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Foster an inclusive environment and advocate for students’ communicative success
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
