Essential Qualifications:
- Current NC SLP license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working with K-12 children, preferably in a school setting

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to independently manage a full-time caseload and maintain organized documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, based on individual IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement therapy interventions tailored to meet diverse student requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and session notes
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and inclusion
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning for student success
