Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Preferred: Previous experience in a school-based setting (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Comfortable managing an evolving caseload and adapting therapy approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to help students achieve academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and data documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Educate families and staff on strategies to support student growth
