What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Conduct screenings and provide direct and consultative therapy services to students at one or multiple school sites
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support transition planning as students advance grades
- Create engaging, effective therapy plans to foster confidence and communication skills
