Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort with a range of service delivery models (on-site, virtual, hybrid)
- Dedication to helping K-12 students reach their communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, in line with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and stay current on best practices
- Adapt to district preferences and accommodate commute or location requirements
