Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience working with school-age children is highly desired
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver engaging direct therapy sessions, both individual and small group
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student learning and inclusion
- Monitor progress, maintain effective records, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
