Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Florida SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide full-range speech-language therapy services to students
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
- Track and document student progress toward therapy goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to determine appropriate interventions
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in small-group settings
