Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Naperville, IL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain

- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and special education teams to develop strategies that support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert recommendations for student needs
- Monitor and report on student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued growth
