Grades K - 5 Grades 9 - 12 Speech and Language Pathologist in Napa, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Active and valid SLP license in the state where the role is located (required for travel candidates)
- Experience providing therapy and support to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Familiarity with school-based therapy, IEP development, and progress documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs and learning styles
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers and families to foster effective speech-language strategies in the classroom and at home
