Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or the ability to obtain it)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in school settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapeutic services and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear documentation and comply with district guidelines
