Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license is required
- Previous experience or strong interest in working within K-8 school settings
- Familiarity with a variety of articulation and language disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of roughly 30 K-8 students
- Evaluate students' speech and language needs, developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Consult with teachers and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
- Adhere to all district, state, and federal requirements
Schedule & Details:
- 30 to 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 7:35 am to 3:35 pm
- Onsite, school-based position
