Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active WI Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Record of clinical experience in a school-based setting, ideally with K-8 students
- Background in addressing articulation and language disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to attend daily onsite and engage meaningfully with students, faculty, and families
- Passion for helping students achieve communication milestones
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based evaluation and therapy for students needing articulation and language support
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other team members
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and document interventions
- Participate in parent/guardian meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Contribute professional insight to school staff regarding best practices for classroom-based language interventions
