Speech-Language Pathologist Job in Mount Prospect, IL
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time, school-based opportunity in Mount Prospect, Illinois. This position focuses on supporting preschool and kindergarten students as they develop important speech, language, and communication skills.
Position Overview:
Location: Mount Prospect, IL
Setting: School-based
Caseload: PreK–Kindergarten
Schedule: 2–2.5 days per week
Hours: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Position Type: Part-time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience, $53/hr+
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide speech and language services to preschool and kindergarten students
- Support students in developing communication skills
- Help students work toward individualized goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation
- Participate in evaluations and IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license
- ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs may be considered
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
