Key Qualifications:
- Holds an active Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Maryland
- Certified with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively across multiple elementary sites
- Comfortable conducting sessions and meetings both in person and virtually
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress
- Communicate with families regarding student needs and progress
- Adapt services and materials to meet diverse student backgrounds and learning abilities
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district policies
Schedule & Details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
