School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Easton, Maryland

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in a dynamic K-12 environment for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time options, and requires onsite presence at multiple school locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy for K-12 students across a variety of school sites
- Serving a caseload composed of "spot fill" needs, including high school students in a self-contained classroom with moderate to severe disabilities
- Traveling between multiple buildings as an itinerant clinician to meet students’ needs
- Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and administration within a supportive district environment
- Completing required IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and participation in multidisciplinary meetings
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines and maintaining confidentiality of student records
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current ASHA CCC
- Active MD SLP license
- Experience working in Maryland schools highly desired
- Demonstrated skill in serving students with varying levels of disability, especially in self-contained and itinerant models
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage diverse caseloads
