- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language services to K-12 students within designated caseloads, including students in self-contained high school settings with moderate to severe needs
- Provide spot fill services in response to current district needs, adapting to different sites as required
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Complete timely assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in line with school and state guidelines
- Actively participate in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing training as part of the school’s support community
