Your qualifications and experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (California credential preferred or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience working within a school setting or with school-aged children is highly desired
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting student growth and building rapport with middle school learners

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for middle school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Offer direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to students' needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as an essential team member
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources for educators and families
