Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school settings and working with middle school students is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for middle school caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in line with IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain detailed records and documentation according to school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and staff consultations
