A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available starting April 13 in Perris, CA. This role involves working with elementary students in an auditory-oral Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) program as well as an Autism program, providing targeted speech and language therapy services to support student communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
  • Deliver therapy within an auditory-oral DHH program and an Autism program
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in billing processes as required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Certified School SLP
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings with DHH and Autism populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently with dedication to student success
