Elementary Speech Language Pathologist

Position Details:
· Start Date: Late August 2026
· End Date: End of the school year
· Schedule: 35 hours per week
· Age Group: Birth – age 5/Kindergarten
· ESY (Extended School Year): Available for interested candidates
Responsibilities:
· Conduct early childhood speech and language evaluations
· Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
· Provide therapy services focused on communication and developmental milestones
· Collaborate with families, teachers, and early intervention teams
· Participate in IFSP/IEP meetings and goal development
· Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications:
· Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist License
· Experience with early childhood or early intervention preferred
· Strong collaboration and communication skills
