Speech-Language Pathologist in Andover, MN
Exciting contract opportunity available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF), or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide exceptional services in a supportive educational environment. Qualifications:
- Must hold active licensure as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA in Minnesota
- Experience working in schools preferred, with capacity to support students at the middle school level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- New graduates and SLPAs are encouraged to apply; district provides supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services and interventions to middle school students
- Perform evaluations, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and participate in meetings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and district professionals to foster student growth
