School Speech Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

This is a maternity leave coverage position beginning September 8th and continuing through early December 2026, with district supervision provided and flexibility to accommodate your preferred work schedule.
What You’ll Bring:
- MN state licensure for SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA (required)
- Ability to support a range of speech and language needs in a school-based setting
- Comfort working independently with district-provided mentorship and guidance
- Experience with IEPs, goal-setting, documentation, and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Your Role:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Adapt session delivery for small groups or individuals within the school day
- Participate in team meetings and school-based support initiatives
Position Highlights:
- Part-time, flexible schedule (approx. 18 hours per week). Choose half days Monday–Friday or combine with up to two full days.
