You will enjoy a full-time schedule, working 37.5 hours per week over five days, and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This position offers highly competitive weekly pay, ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, ensuring that your valuable skills are rewarded as you foster progress in students’ lives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based setting working with K-12 students is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based therapy tailored to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
- Provide support, resources, and education to teachers and families as needed
