Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC or SLPA license (school experience highly desired)
- Demonstrated ability to support a caseload across all grade levels, PreK-12th
- Experience in school-based speech and language services preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with teachers and families
- Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in student meetings as needed
- Liaise with staff and parents to promote communication skills and learning outcomes
- Support colleagues by sharing expertise and advocating for best practices in speech-language services
