Speech Language Pathologist in Monon, IN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC or SLPA license, with school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with PreK-12 student populations, supporting a wide range of ages and needs
- Excellent assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
- Strong collaboration abilities to work alongside teachers, families, and other professionals
- Commitment to maintaining timely documentation and compliance with all regulations
- Must be able to confirm ability to work in the Monon, IN area
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, analyzing assessment data to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to provide support within the classroom setting
- Maintain clear, compliant session notes and progress reports for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with families to discuss student progress and goals
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs and maximize progress
- Supervise, guide, or collaborate with fellow team members as appropriate to your credentials
